Posters will be presented in two shifts during the Congress in the Poster area during exhibition hours:

• SHIFT 1: September 15-16: Posters in Shift 1 can hang the posters between 14:30-21:30 on September 15, or from 08:40 onwards on September 16. Posters must be removed no later than 20:30 on September 16. Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded.
• SHIFT 2: September 17-18: Posters in Shift 2 can hang the posters from 09:00 on September 17 and must be removed no later than 16:30 on September 18. Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded.

We invite everyone to join the POSTER HAPPY HOUR AND POSTER WALK sessions on September 16 and 17 from 18:30.

E-Posters on the virtual platform

The virtual platform is designed to allow participants from all around the world to easily search and navigate in the e-Poster Gallery.

All e-Posters will be available on the congress platform during the entire congress until 3 months after the congress.

The participants will be able to contact the poster presenter through the virtual platform.

Congress abstracts will be available on the mobile App during the congress. Your research will gain wide exposure, you will get valuable feedback and ideas, and your name will be recognised in the programme. All registered abstracts will be published 3 months after the congress in the Pediatric Blood and Cancer (PBC): the Official Journal of SIOP.

SIOP 2026 Congress has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®)  with a maximum of with xxx European CME credits

Nursing Continuing Professional Development: The maximum number of hours awarded for this Nursing Continuing Professional Development activity is TBA CME credits.

comply with the various codes and directives relating to the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of pharmaceutical products. The Human Medicine Regulations 2012, (clauses 294-300) and the European Union directive (2001/83/EC, article 86) provide guidelines relating to medicinal products for human use. Within these guidelines is the restriction that access to pharmaceutical product marketing activities must be limited to only those participants licensed / authorised to prescribe or supply medicinal products.
All participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, are asked the following question during registration: Are you licensed / authorised to prescribe or supply prescription only medicines?

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The SIOP 2026 Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
