SIOP Fun(d) Run & Walk 2026: Run for a Cause!
Join us on September 17, 2026 for an exciting opportunity to raise funds and show your support for children battling cancer. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just want to enjoy a walk, everyone is welcome to participate in the SIOP Fun(d) Run & Walk in support of the Hope at Heart Foundation and AYA Cancer Foundation San Antonio.
Why Participate?
This is a chance to connect with colleagues from around the world while raising crucial funds for the Hope at Heart Foundation and AYA Cancer Foundation San Antonio. Your participation will support their missions to enhance patient care, provide financial and practical support to patients and families, and improve the quality of life of children, adolescents, and young adults affected by cancer.
What to Expect:
All runners and walkers are encouraged to make a donation to support the Hope at Heart Foundation and AYA Cancer Foundation San Antonio. Donations can range from €10 to €100 during registration.
If you prefer to participate without a donation, you are still welcome to join the event.
Please dress for the early morning hours— it may be chilly and dark at the start, so prepare accordingly.

About Hope at Heart Foundation (Ma Hila’s Heart)
Hope at Heart Foundation is a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families impacted by pediatric cancer, sickle cell disease, and childhood loss. The foundation works to remove the non-medical barriers that can prevent families from focusing on the health and well-being of their children.
About AYA Cancer Foundation San Antonio
AYA Cancer Foundation San Antonio is dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults affected by cancer. Through advocacy, education, and patient-focused resources, the foundation helps address the unique challenges faced by young people throughout their cancer journey and works to improve their quality of life.

Participants are encouraged to return to their accommodations before attending the morning sessions.
